Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. We do not retain those searches on our servers. If you send us a message, we receive the details you include and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems may log an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the site and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
We process the data described above to run the site, diagnose faults, measure use, and improve its pages. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Sites
Links may lead to City of Issaquah portals, King County and Washington records offices, library collections, and outside search services. Their own policies govern data submitted there. The same is true when a third-party company provides sponsored search results.
Who May Receive Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How Data Is Protected
The site uses an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as the purposes described above require. Since there are no user accounts, this site holds no account password or personal profile for a visitor.
Visitors Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data depend on the data and applicable law. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, creates rights for covered consumer health data; it is not a general right to delete names from deeds, court indexes, assessor rolls, or news archives. Because we keep little visitor data, a request will usually involve our contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records held by Issaquah, King County, or Washington offices remain under the custodian's control, so requests concerning those records must go to that office.
